Promotion privacy notice

Praxis Peak collects the information you submit for Mammoth Momentum: your name, email address, phone number, organization, how you heard about us, what you'd like help with, and — if you were referred — the name and contact details you provide for the person who referred you. Mail-in entries additionally include the mailing address and date of birth printed on the card.

That information is used to record and administer entries, verify eligibility and the 5-entry cap, contact the potential winner, coordinate the prize, and respond to your enquiry. Praxis Peak does not sell entry information. Marketing messages will respect your preferences.

If someone names you as their referrer, Praxis Peak uses the contact details they provide only to credit your giveaway entry and, where applicable, to arrange the referral reward. Tell us to remove your details at any time and we will.

Entry records are retained for the duration of the promotion and for a reasonable period afterwards to substantiate the drawing, then deleted or anonymised.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information by contacting Praxis Peak through the contact page. Deletion requests may prevent Praxis Peak from administering or verifying an entry when the information is needed for the promotion.
