Praxis Peak
Mammoth Momentum
Official Rules · Promotion period: July 24, 2026 – September 25, 2026 · Version 2026-07-23
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor and administrator of this promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is Praxis Peak, 99 N. Granite Park Dr., Saratoga Springs, UT 84045 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the Utah Mammoth, the Utah Jazz, the National Hockey League, Delta Center, SeatGeek, or any of their respective owners, affiliates, or partners. Team and event names are used only to identify the prize.
2. Promotion period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time on July 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on September 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be received or completed within the Promotion Period, except mail-in entries, which must be postmarked by September 25, 2026 and received by September 30, 2026. The Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.
An entrant may enter personally or as an individual representative of a business or organization. A representative must have actual authority, or reasonably verifiable decision-making responsibility, to approve or materially influence a potential project and to accept a prize. The organization is not the entrant; the individual representative is.
Employees and contractors of Praxis Peak, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Government employees, public officials, procurement personnel, and any person whose employer or professional rules prohibit acceptance of promotional tickets or gifts are not eligible. By entering, each entrant represents that they are legally permitted to accept the prize under any applicable employer, professional, or organizational policy.
4. How to enter
There are three ways to enter. Every method is free, every entry has an equal chance of being selected, and no method requires a purchase, payment, contract, deposit, or client relationship. Regardless of method, no person may receive more than 5 entries in total during the Promotion Period.
A. Qualifying meeting
Schedule and hold one qualifying meeting with the Sponsor during the Promotion Period to receive one entry. A qualifying meeting is a scheduled introductory conversation of up to 45 minutes — it may run shorter, and the Sponsor is not obligated to use the full time — held virtually or in person, about a genuine business need involving a website, product, automation, AI, or technology. The participant must attend and meaningfully participate for at least 15 minutes. If the Sponsor ends the meeting early for any reason, the 15-minute minimum is waived. No purchase, proposal acceptance, or future engagement is required.
Only one qualifying meeting may count for each distinct opportunity or engagement. Prior conversations with the Sponsor do not disqualify an otherwise eligible new opportunity. Duplicate meetings, no-shows, cancellations, recruiting calls, vendor solicitations, partnership solicitations, and meetings arranged solely to create entries do not qualify.
B. Qualifying referral
Refer or personally introduce a genuinely new prospect to the Sponsor. You receive one entry when that prospect holds a qualifying meeting during the Promotion Period. The prospect must know that they were referred or introduced. Where multiple people refer the same prospect, only the first valid referral counts. Each referral must concern a unique prospect. The referred prospect separately receives their own meeting entry under Section 4(A).
C. Free mail-in entry (no meeting or referral required)
To enter without a meeting or referral, hand-print on a 3×5 card your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the words “Mammoth Momentum Entry,” and mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to: Praxis Peak, 99 N. Granite Park Dr., Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. Entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2026 and received by September 30, 2026.
Each card must be separately hand-printed and separately mailed in its own envelope. You may submit up to 5 mail-in entries, which is the same maximum available through any other method. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or bulk-mailed cards are void. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as entries received by any other method.
5. Entry limits and verification
A person may combine methods — for example, one meeting entry plus referral entries — but may hold no more than 5 entries in total during the Promotion Period. Entries beyond the cap will not be recorded. Automated, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
The Sponsor may verify identity, age, residency, authority to represent an organization, referral validity, and meeting completion, and may disqualify any entry or person that does not comply with these Official Rules.
6. Prize
One (1) grand prize will be awarded: one pair of lower-bowl tickets to the Utah Mammoth home opener at Delta Center on October 1, 2026. Approximate retail value: up to $499. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: up to $499. Only one prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.
The winner receives tickets only and is responsible for all travel, transportation, parking, lodging, food, taxes, fees, and other costs associated with accepting or using the prize. Tickets have no cash value and may not be resold. All ticket transfers are handled by the Sponsor, who may impose reasonable transfer deadlines and requirements.
At the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the tickets may be exchanged for one pair of tickets to an eligible regular-season Utah Mammoth or Utah Jazz game of approximately equal value, subject to availability and ticket-provider policies. Playoff games, concerts, special events, and premium or club seating are excluded. If the prize cannot reasonably be provided or used, the Sponsor may provide comparable eligible tickets or a $200 cash substitute, which may be less than the approximate retail value. No winner may demand a cash alternative.
7. Drawing and odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted on or about September 26, 2026. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected regardless of the method by which it was received.
Odds of winning are one in the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted privately by phone and email between September 26 and September 28, 2026, and must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to complete an eligibility confirmation, prize acceptance, tax documentation, liability release, or other reasonable verification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The winner’s name will not be publicly announced unless required by law. Where required, a winner list may be made available through the method required by the applicable jurisdiction. To request the name of the winner, write to the Sponsor at the address above within 60 days after the drawing date.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other obligations associated with accepting or using the prize. The Sponsor may request a taxpayer identification number or other information where required for tax reporting.
10. Release and general conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another event outside its control compromises the integrity of the promotion, provided any modification is handled in a fair and lawful manner.
Entrants release and hold harmless Praxis Peak and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except to the extent prohibited by law. Nothing in these Official Rules waives any non-waivable legal right, including any legally protected cancellation, rescission, privacy, or consumer right.
11. Privacy
Information collected for the Sweepstakes is used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, and communicate as described in the promotion privacy notice. Any marketing communication is handled in accordance with applicable law and the recipient’s preferences.
12. Separate new-client welcome offer
The Sponsor separately offers a new-client welcome benefit to clients who sign a qualifying agreement during the offer period. That offer is not part of this Sweepstakes. Entering into a client agreement does not create a Sweepstakes entry and does not improve any entrant’s odds of winning. Likewise, the strategic brief provided to meeting participants is a guaranteed benefit rather than a prize, and is not awarded by chance.
13. Governing law
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
