I've spent my career shipping real products: an e-commerce platform that cleared $20M, and apps that ended up in millions of hands. I also built a government scheduling system held to the strictest accessibility standard on the books — agency-level experience, with an MBA that keeps me honest about what actually grows a business.

How much does this cost?
Every project is different, so you get one clear, fixed number before any work starts. Never an hourly meter running in the background. Smaller projects often start in the low four figures and larger builds scale from there. Tell me your budget and I'll be honest about what we can do with it.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week or two. I keep capacity open for new work, and smaller projects can move quickly. I've delivered whole platforms under tight deadlines before.
What are typical timelines?
Small sites and landing pages run two to four weeks. Larger apps and tools are more like six to twelve. It comes down to scope, and I'll tell you what's realistic on day one.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Honestly, that's the point. You bring the goal and the knowledge of your business, and I turn it into something that works and explain it in plain language.
What if I already have something built?
I've inherited messy codebases, migrated platforms mid-flight, and improved products already running at scale. I'll look at what you've got and tell you honestly whether it's worth building on or starting over.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I'm on the Wasatch Front in Utah and work with clients across the US. Most projects run smoothly remote or hybrid. If you're local, we can meet in person; if you're further out and the work calls for it, I'm glad to travel, with that folded into the project as a travel cost. What matters is trust and results.
