A complete e-commerce platform rebuild done under a tight deadline with a tiny team — just me and a part-time intern. The custom build connected to a third-party commission engine with regional pricing across five international markets and generated over $20M in sales. I also built a retirement readiness calculator that increased insurance sales by 25%. This was the project that stretched me the most but proved I could deliver enterprise-scale work under serious pressure.
