A large-scale international scheduling platform built from zero for government citizen services—healthcare-level complexity for services used by millions globally. I led design and UX research on a roughly 12-person team, simplifying current workflows by and achieving 100% WCAG accessibility compliance on the client-facing app. The hardest challenge was managing competing stakeholder priorities—learned to anchor every decision back to the actual user through constant research and rapid prototyping. Built and scaled to MVP within 12 months using Scrum and Agile practices.
